Villa St. Benedict / Sacred Heart Monastery & Chapel – Lisle, Illinois

Senior housing project including 58 new cottage homes, 140 unit apartment building, renovation of existing and addition of new Assisted Living areas, and 25 acres of associated site work. Work included phasing of existing areas to allow continuous Owner occupancy and daily operations in conjunction with renovations to the existing Monastery and Chapel.
